A sweet, light amber very early Spring honey. A distinctive taste of wild and cultivated apple/crab apple blossoms, dandelion, and other early wild flowers.
It is difficult to obtain, as the weather must be right for the trees and bees to be ready this early in the season. Most years there is no apple blossom honey.
Note: the honey has the taste of the apple blossom, not the fruit.
